2. Skewer meat onto the grill rod and place on an iron rack over an open flame. Brush oil frequently during grilling while continuously turning to maintain moisture and prevent excessive evaporation.
3.For the final step, lightly brush the meat surface with diluted honey and grill briefly;
4. When serving, first slice off the crispy, aromatic crust with a slicing knife, then return the meat to the grill to continue cooking. Repeat this process until all portions are served.
