1. Clean the affected area with wind oil, apply a small amount of this product, then gently massage until the area feels warm. Repeat three times daily for three consecutive weeks. Suitable for early-stage chilblains with redness, swelling, and hardness. Avoid use on broken skin.During winter, apply a small amount externally to the affected area daily to prevent frostbite. 8. Take 5-7 dried red chili peppers, boil in water to make chili pepper broth. Once cooled to a comfortable temperature, soak and wash areas prone to frostbite. Use once daily for five consecutive days.
