For mouth ulcers: After brushing teeth and rinsing mouth, apply Tiger Balm to the affected area twice daily. Applying an additional dose before bed enhances effectiveness. For sore throat: Place 3-5 drops of Tiger Balm in a spoon and swallow slowly for relief.This method also works for throat pain caused by dry cough. For anal itching due to hemorrhoids or fissures, first clean the area with warm water.
