Press the Tian Gu acupoint located under the armpit at the same height as the nipple, 3 times on each side. Stimulating this point promotes lymphatic drainage in the chest area.
Large Breast Massage Step 2:
Using your left hand on the right breast, locate the area above the pectoralis major muscle. Massage in circular motions from the outer edge inward. Repeat on the opposite side, performing 3 times on each side.
Large Breast Massage Step 3:
Use both hands to lift the breasts, as if adjusting their shape. After lifting, massage outward from the center 10 times.
Step 4: Lift your hands from under your armpits toward your chest, alternating sides 10 times each. This helps redistribute excess fat from the armpit area to the chest.
Step 5: Use both hands to lift your breasts upward from below. Then, divide the area into three sections and lift upward from the inside outwards three times. Repeat this motion three times on each side.
