This exercise strengthens leg muscles, particularly the inner thighs, while enhancing lower-body power.
Horse stance squats build thigh muscles to achieve slimmer legs, and squatting movements also contribute to thigh toning.
To slim your legs, incorporate targeted leg exercises. For example, the Leg Kick & Butt Lift: Avoid kicking your leg backward too quickly.
Extend as far as comfortably possible, hold for 5 seconds, then return to starting position. Perform at least 10-15 repetitions. This exercise not only targets the back of your thighs but also lifts and firms your buttocks.
