Symptom 1: Leukorrhea appears milky white or pale yellow, purulent, abundant, foul-smelling, often accompanied by abdominal pain. Typically caused by chronic cervicitis or endocervicitis. Symptom 2: Leukorrhea is yellow or yellow-green, thin and frothy, or rice-water-like, grayish-white in color, with a foul odor. Mostly caused by vaginal trichomoniasis.
Symptom 3: Discharge is often thick and sticky, though it may occasionally be thin. It typically appears milky white, resembling curdled milk or cottage cheese in a flaky or lumpy form. This is most commonly caused by a fungal infection.
