2, the scab of the incision after surgery should not be uncovered prematurely. If the patient prematurely hard line uncovering the scab, will remain in the repair stage epidermal cells away, and even tear off the dermal tissue, and stimulate the wound itching.
3, keep the scar clean and hygienic, wipe off the sweat in time, do not scratch with your hands, or use clothes to rub the scar or water to stop itching, so as not to exacerbate the local stimulation, prompting the connective tissue inflammatory reaction, causing further itching.
4, to eat more fruits, eggs, lean meat, meat skin and other foods rich in vitamin C, E and essential amino acids. These foods can promote blood circulation and improve the metabolic function of the epidermis. Do not eat chili peppers, onions and garlic and other radical food.
How to treat scar hyperplasia
Local subcutaneous injection
For scar hyperplasia, injecting medication directly into the scar under the skin for treatment, and the composition of this medication is mainly steroids, which can anti-inflammatory and dissolve away the inflamed tissues, this is currently the simplest and most effective treatment for scar hyperplasia.
Surgery
Surgical treatment of scar hyperplasia is relatively suitable for scars with large area, which are relatively difficult to treat, and the clinical effect is generally better. There are three common methods: facial scar excision with skin grafting, skin flap method, and simple excision and suture method.
Chemical peeling method
Chemical peeling is suitable for mild or superficial peeling, i.e. using trichloroacetic acid or a-hydroxy acid to gently remove the top layer of skin cells. For normal scars, doctors usually perform TCA peels. These peels are very effective in healing scar growths.
Laser dermabrasion
Laser dermabrasion, which uses a carbon dioxide laser to polish the skin, is a relatively non-bleeding method of skin resurfacing that is much more advanced than traditional dermabrasion and is very effective in treating scar enlargement. Laser treatment of scar hyperplasia is based on the fact that most scars originate from the formation of fibrous connective tissue overgrowth after trauma to the skin, and it proposes the principle of replacing scar tissue through dredging the meridians, decomposing and repairing subcutaneous elastic fibrous tissues, comprehensively repairing and regenerating cellular tissues, and replacing scar tissues with collagen generated by infiltration, which is effective in the treatment of scars.
