Anti-Wrinkle Skincare Products
Many anti-aging ingredients promote collagen regeneration, such as Vitamin A, polyphenols, and plant extracts. These stimulate collagen and fiber production from the skin's deepest layers. This "fills" the cells internally, lifting and smoothing out external depressions. Additionally, eye masks containing peptides or collagen are excellent for reducing nasolabial folds.
Essential Oil Massage
Perform daily massages using essential oils or massage oils. Begin with your middle and ring fingers, starting from the center of the chin. Massage in circular motions along the jawline up to the area below the ears, repeating several times to firm the jawline. Next, use your middle finger to gently press from the center of the chin upward toward the sides of the nostrils, then return to the starting point. Lightly massage in circular motions along the nasolabial folds to reduce the appearance of nasolabial folds.Next, massage in alternating upward circles above and below the lips, around the mouth, to lift the skin and counteract gravity-induced nasolabial folds.
Facial Exercises
Step 1: Press the highest points of your cheekbones with all ten fingers while pronouncing the letter "o." This exercises the cheekbone muscles.Using the same position, switch to pronouncing the letter "e" to noticeably feel facial firmness. Perform each step 30 times.
Step 2: Place your middle fingers on your jawline and your index and ring fingers on your nasolabial folds while pronouncing the letter "o." Keeping your hands in position, switch to pronouncing "e" while opening your mouth wide to the sides. Perform each step 10 times.
Step 3: Lift and open the corners of your mouth into a smile. While stretching the corners outward, press your fingertips onto the highest points of your cheekbones 30 times. This improves facial contours.
Step 3: Lift and stretch the corners of your mouth upward and outward, maintaining a "smiling" expression. While stretching the corners sideways, press the highest points of your cheekbones with all ten fingers 30 times. This improves lines from the corners of the mouth to the jawline.
