Bean Sprout and Pork Patty Soup - Pregnancy Recipe
Main Ingredients: 250g pork, 200g yellow bean sprouts
Additional Ingredients:50g preserved winter vegetables, 50g egg
Seasonings: 8g soy sauce, 10g ginger, 8g scallion, 5g pepper powder, 5g MSG, 10g salt, 15g cornstarch
Preparation
1.Finely mince pork, place in a bowl. Add egg, cornstarch, salt, ginger, scallion, and cold broth. Mix thoroughly to form filling. Shape into patties approximately 15 cm in diameter.
2. Trim and thoroughly wash bean sprouts.
3. Rinse preserved vegetables and cut into 3 cm sections.
4. Separately boil bean sprouts and preserved vegetables in a pot with fresh broth. Season with salt, soy sauce, pepper, MSG, etc.;
5. Once flavored, transfer vegetables and broth into a soup bowl. Place meat patty atop the vegetables and steam until cooked through.
