Steamed Tofu and Eggs - Pregnancy Recipe
Main Ingredients: Eggs 150g, Tofu 200g
Additional Ingredients: Ham 50g
Seasonings: Scallion juice 5g, Ginger juice 5g, Salt 4g, MSG 1g, Sesame oil 2g
Preparation Method
1.Wash the tofu and mash it into a paste. Place in a bowl, add beaten eggs, then mix in water, scallion juice, ginger juice, salt, and MSG until well combined.
2. Finely chop the ham and sprinkle over the tofu-egg mixture.
3. Place the bowl in a steamer and steam over medium heat for 10 minutes. Remove and drizzle with sesame oil before serving.
