Stewed Pigeon Eggs with Dried Tofu - Pregnancy Recipe
Main Ingredients: 100g pigeon eggs, 50g dried tofu
Supporting Ingredients: 100g shiitake mushrooms
Seasonings: 50g lard, 5g soy sauce, 10g cooking wine, 6g salt, 2g MSG, 2g star anise
Preparation Process
1.Boil pigeon eggs until cooked, peel, and rinse clean;
2. Slice the five-spice dried tofu and shiitake mushrooms after washing;
3. Line the bottom of a stew pot with sliced dried tofu and shiitake mushrooms. Add pigeon eggs, lard, soy sauce, star anise, cooking wine, and meat broth. Bring to a boil over high heat, then skim off any foam;
4. Simmer over low heat for about 20 minutes. Remove the star anise, then sprinkle with salt and MSG to taste.
