Add vegetable oil and heat until 80% hot. Add walnut meat and shrimp, then reduce heat to medium. Stir-fry until cooked. Add leeks and stir-fry briefly. Season with salt and MSG to taste.

Angelica and Polygala Wine
Ingredients: 150g whole Angelica sinensis, 150g Polygala tenuifolia, 1500g sweet rice wine.
Method: Finely chop the whole angelica root and mix with polygala root. Place in a clean container lined with a white cloth bag. Cover with wine, seal tightly, and steep for 7 days. Strain out solids. Drink warm every evening as desired, without interruption.
Function: Promotes blood circulation, regulates menstruation, and harmonizes qi and blood. Suitable for women with irregular periods or qi and blood deficiency.
Warming Womb Eggs
Ingredients: 1 egg, 1.5g saffron
Method: Crack a hole in the egg, add saffron, mix well, and steam until cooked. Begin eating on the second day of menstruation, consuming one egg daily for 9 consecutive days. Repeat on the second day of the next menstrual cycle, continuing for 3-4 menstrual cycles.
