Facial moles can significantly impact our appearance. To achieve flawless skin, many opt for mole removal. However, improper techniques often leave pitted scars. So, what should you do about pitted scars after mole removal?
Apply potato slices.
Slice raw potatoes and apply the slices directly to the pitted scars left after laser mole removal. Apply twice daily for at least two weeks to reduce and prevent post-mole removal pitting.
Similarly, slice cucumbers and apply them twice daily to the indentations. This not only reduces scarring but also brightens and nourishes the skin.
Apply Vitamin E.
Puncture a Vitamin E capsule with a needle, extract the liquid, and apply it directly to the indentations. This helps repair damaged tissue and promotes healing.
Dietary precautions.
Avoid dark-colored foods like soy sauce and vinegar, fried foods, and spicy or irritating foods after mole removal. Increase intake of fruits and vegetables. Tobacco, alcohol, seafood, and spicy foods must be strictly avoided.
Daily protection.
Maintain local hygiene, avoid strong UV exposure, and gently massage the affected area. Do not peel off thin scabs. Ensure adequate hydration and sun protection to promote blood circulation. Avoid staying up late. Scars will gradually fade with lifestyle adjustments.During hot weather, prioritize sun protection using mild-formula sunscreens.
Surgical Dermabrasion.
This procedure smooths uneven scar surfaces by abrading the epidermis. As the wound heals, new skin regenerates, effectively removing scars with highly noticeable results.
