Post-Treatment Care for Spot Removal Solution
1. The Spot Removal Solution can only eliminate some distinct freckles. It cannot remove blurred freckles or those yet to surface, so multiple treatments will be required. During this period, ensure strict sterilization and avoid makeup to prevent infection and unnecessary complications. After treatment, you may wash your face but avoid touching the treated areas. Refrain from consuming spicy, pungent, or irritating foods in the near term.
2. Do not wash your face on the first day after treatment. From the second to sixth day, wash your face gently—avoid vigorous rubbing but do not skip washing to prevent wound infection. When scabs form and skin begins to peel, do not pick at the scabs. Allow them to fall off naturally, as picking may cause infection and hinder recovery.
3. Once the wound has mostly healed, crush fresh carrots to extract 10-30 ml of juice. Apply this to the treated area morning and night after washing your face. Allow it to dry before rinsing off. Additionally, drinking one glass of carrot juice daily can brighten skin and help fade spots. Alternatively, adding 1-2 tablespoons of vinegar to your washing water can reduce pigmentation.
Precautions:
Dietary adjustments are also essential. During wound healing, consume sugar-rich fruits to boost glucose levels while ensuring adequate vitamin intake. Increasing protein in your diet promotes wound healing and reduces infection risk. Protein-rich foods include lean meats, milk, and eggs.Vitamin A promotes wound healing and is found in fish oil, carrots, tomatoes, and similar foods. Vitamin C also aids in wound recovery.
