Stimulating Nine Acupoints to Increase Height

Location: Directly above the ear tip, 1.5 cun (approximately 4.5 cm) into the hairline. Method: Place both thumbs on the two Lugu acupoints and press for about 36 seconds, or silently count to 36. Without releasing pressure, continue by rubbing clockwise 9 times, then counterclockwise 9 times. Repeat this sequence once more, totaling 36 times.Use this method for pressing and rubbing all acupoints below.
Baihui Point
Location: Intersection of the midline of the crown and the line connecting both ear tips
Method: First, locate both ear tips with your middle fingers. Then move upward toward the crown until you reach the central point—this is Baihui. Press with your right middle or index finger using the same technique as for Lugou Point.
Fengchi (GB20)
Location: At the base of the skull, in the depression lateral to the large muscle (external occipital protuberance).
Method: Place both hands on the back of the head with thumbs below and remaining fingers above. Press the thumbs onto Fengchi. Use the same pressing and kneading technique as for Lugou (BL10).
Zhanzhong Point
Location: Midline of the chest, midpoint between the nipples.
Method: Place the right thumb on the Zhanzhong point. Apply pressure and massage using the same technique as for the Lugou point.
Zhongwan (CV12)
Location: On the anterior midline, 4 cun above the navel.
Method: Place the right thumb on the Zhongwan point. Use the same pressing and kneading technique as for the Yugut point.
Fengshi Point
Location: Midline of the outer thigh
Method: Press the right thumb onto the Fengshi point on the right leg, using the same pressing and kneading techniques as for the Lugu point.
Zusanli Point
Location: 3 cun below the knee, approximately one finger-width lateral to the tibia.
Technique: Press the right thumb onto the Zusanli point on the right leg, using the same pressing and kneading method as for the Yugut point.
Jiexi Point
Location: At the midpoint of the transverse crease in front of the ankle joint, between the two tendons.
Method: Press the right thumb onto the Jiexi point on the right foot, using the same pressing and kneading method as for the Yugut point.
Xiaxi Point
Location: 0.5 cun posterior to the interdigital space between the fourth and fifth toes, anterior to the metatarsophalangeal joint.
Method: Place the middle finger of the right hand on the right foot's Xiaxi point. Apply pressure and knead using the same technique as for the Lugu point.
