Beyond this, maintaining good lifestyle habits greatly benefits freckle reduction: consistently apply sunscreen when outdoors; drink plenty of water to aid skin detoxification; limit daily salt intake to no more than 6 grams; consume more vitamin C-rich fruits and vegetables; avoid staying up late and steer clear of coffee, cola, strong tea, cigarettes, and alcohol; and engage in regular exercise to boost your body's resistance.
