In this fast-paced era, skipping breakfast or grabbing something hastily has become a "trend" and a common lifestyle for office workers. Among the three daily meals, breakfast is the most important. So, starting now, prepare a nutritious breakfast to care for yourself!
1. Milk Tea
Method: Brew a cup of black tea with hot water. Prepare a cup of fresh milk. Once the tea turns reddish, pour in the milk and stir.Finally, add sugar and mix well.
2. Fried Egg, Sausage, and Tomato
Method: Heat oil in a pan. Once hot, add ingredients one by one and fry until cooked.
Friendly reminder: Given the prevalence of substandard products in the market, pay attention to the color and brand when purchasing sausages. Generally, well-known brands offer higher quality assurance.
3. Scallion Pancake
Method: In a flat bowl, beat one egg. Add three tablespoons of flour and a splash of water, mixing until smooth. Stir in chopped scallions and salt. Heat oil in a skillet. Once hot, pour in the batter and spread evenly. Cook until both sides are golden brown.
4. Red Date & Goji Berry Soy Milk
Method: One simple step—place one small cup of soybeans, two red dates, and a pinch of goji berries into the soy milk maker. Add water up to the machine's standard mark, then let the machine do the rest.
5. Eight-Treasure Porridge
Ingredients: Black beans, red beans, rice or glutinous rice
Method: Soak black beans and red beans overnight. Place soaked beans and glutinous rice in a pot. Simmer until thick and sticky, about 1 hour.
Note: Eight-Treasure Porridge can include more ingredients than listed—adapt based on availability. Who says it must be complete?
