Causes of Female Breast Sagging
1. Breastfeeding
After breastfeeding ceases, reduced hormone levels cause the mammary ducts, glands, and fatty tissue to atrophy. Since the skin and supporting tissues remain relatively abundant, this leads to breast sagging.
2. Wearing ill-fitting bras
Frequent use of poorly fitting bras can distort breast shape, impair blood circulation, and contribute to sagging.This is commonly seen in middle-aged and young women.
4. Age-related breast sagging
As people age, various bodily functions decline, including endocrine function. In older individuals, breast sagging occurs due to significant degeneration of the skin, supporting tissues, fat, and glands.
