Post-Treatment Reactions to Radiofrequency Skin Tightening
However, as a medical procedure, radiofrequency skin tightening may cause temporary post-treatment reactions in some individuals with sensitive skin. These include:
1. A small number of patients may experience a normal-looking epidermis but a sensation of warmth in the deeper skin layers post-treatment. This is normal and typically subsides within 24 hours.
2. A small number of patients may experience temporary redness or swelling after treatment, which typically subsides within a few hours.
