Chaotian Pot Recipe:
Ingredients:Pork, pork intestines, pork stomach, scallions, cilantro, broth, dried tangerine peel, stewing spice packet, shiitake mushrooms, fish balls, shrimp, dried tofu, spinach, kelp, lettuce, glass noodles, hotpot noodles, water-baked flatbread, enoki mushrooms, black fungus, Sichuan peppercorns, star anise, salt, cooking wine, and chicken bouillon powder;
1.First, thoroughly scrub the pork intestines in salted water. Place them in a pot with chopped scallions, ginger slices, star anise, and Sichuan peppercorns. Boil vigorously to remove any unpleasant odor.Remove the pork intestines and cut into small sections. Similarly, scrub the pork stomach thoroughly in salt water, then slice into strips. Add an appropriate amount of water to the hot pot and bring to a boil over high heat;
