Squeeze lemon juice and drink it with an appropriate amount of sugar water. Lemons contain abundant vitamin C, calcium, phosphorus, iron, and other nutrients. Regular consumption of lemon juice not only brightens the skin but also helps reduce melanin deposits, thereby fading spots.
Method Two: Tomato Juice
Drinking a glass of tomato juice daily or regularly eating tomatoes effectively prevents and reduces spots. Tomatoes are rich in glutathione, which inhibits melanin production, thereby fading or eliminating pigment deposits.
Method Three: Chinese Herbal Pills
60g water buffalo horn,30g each of Cimicifuga root, Notopterygium root, and Saposhnikovia root, 15g each of Aconite root and Angelica root, 30g of Rehmannia root, 15g each of Ligusticum root, Safflower, and Scutellaria root, 6g of raw Licorice root. Grind all herbs into a fine powder, steam until cooked, form into small pills. Take 10g each night with warm water. This formula dispels wind, clears heat, cools the blood, and disperses blood stasis.
Method Four: Decoction Therapy
15g prepared rehmannia root, 10g each of cornelian cherry and stir-fried moutan bark, 12g poria, 30g Chinese yam, 3g each of cimicifuga root, white aconite, asarum root, and morinda root, 10g licorice root. Decoct in water, take one dose daily divided into two servings.
