Men are driven by "competition," while women are motivated by "social acceptance." Some beautiful women, however, become complacent, believing they inherently possess the capital for social acceptance and thus see no need to exert effort in "competition."

Many men prefer a "submissive wife" over a "strong woman." Consequently, many women deeply believe that professional success not only faces societal rejection but also erodes marital love.

In the factors contributing to career success, competitive spirit is no less important than talent. Unfortunately, women's psychology often makes them feel inferior in every way, while also disliking the idea of competing to fulfill their desires.
4. Jealousy Among Women
While women generally dislike competition, they often exhibit intense "competitive spirit" in matters of love or when dealing with other women. Unfortunately, this competition causes them to lose their existing advantages. Some women suffer from pathological jealousy, failing to leverage their strengths and instead blindly competing with those they shouldn't be competing against, ultimately losing sight of the bigger picture.
5. Overemphasis on Continuity
Many women habitually focus on understanding and replicating existing thought patterns. Their thinking aims to perpetuate the status quo rather than forge new ground. This explains why women excel in fields emphasizing imitation and inheritance, yet it also creates their greatest psychological barrier to creative work.
