(1) Radish for Foot Odor
Slice half a white radish thinly. Place the slices in a pot, add sufficient water, and boil vigorously for 3 minutes. Reduce heat to low and simmer for 5 minutes. Pour the solution into a basin. Boil a handful of young willow leaves in water, then use the decoction to wash feet.

(19) Garlic for Athlete's Foot
Peel two raw garlic bulbs and soak them in 250g of vinegar for 3 days. Rub the affected areas with the garlic cloves 3 times daily. Continuous use for 7-10 days provides exceptional anti-inflammatory and antibacterial effects.
