Amidst the clamor, one always seeks a quiet corner; amidst the bustle, one always yearns for a moment of serenity. Tangled threads remain untangled, yet the lively Spring Festival has finally passed. Farewell to greasy feasts—return to me a taste of simplicity.
You've gained weight again—that's the annoying refrain after the holidays. Beloved pants no longer fit, and favorite dresses show a hint of distortion. Annoyed, I think: diet, diet, diet...
Beautiful women remain beautiful because they never overlook a single exquisite detail.I don't worship skinny women, nor do I look down on curvy ones. From a man's perspective, I've always believed women should be soft and supple. Too thin women can only be goddesses, like figures from paintings. Of course, I don't agree with being too fat either, but I can't change this trend of worshipping thinness. I just want to tell women that men don't truly prefer skinny women.
Being slim doesn't mean you need to diet; it's just that women who love beauty won't tolerate a single flaw. And dieting doesn't mean eating blandly; it's just that we've grown tired of greasy foods.
Here are three light, diet-friendly dishes to share:
Ingredients: 250g celery, 50g carrots, 1.5 packets of lily bulbs, 1 tbsp salt, MSG to taste, 100g vegetable oil, 5g sugar, 5g garlic slices.
One, Celery with Lily Bulbs

2. Cut 50g carrot into diamond slices. Separate and rinse lily bulbs.

4. Once boiling, add celery and lily bulbs. Boil briefly, then remove.
5. Leave 50g oil in the pot, add garlic slices, celery, and lily bulbs. Season with salt and MSG, toss to combine, then serve. II. Garlic Broccoli Ingredients: 200g broccoli, 5g minced garlic, 20g carrot, salt and MSG to taste, 100g vegetable oil, 5g sugar.

1. Separate cauliflower into small florets and wash thoroughly. Slice pork belly into thin pieces, dice red bell pepper, and cut Chinese chives into sections.
2. Heat 1500g vegetable oil until smoking hot. Add cauliflower florets and blanch for about one minute before removing.
3. Stir-fry pork belly until fragrant. Add cumin, red bell pepper, garlic slices, cauliflower, then season with salt, steamed fish soy sauce, and chives.
