Ingredients: 2 garlic cloves, 1 large piece of rock sugar, small bowl of water
Method:
1. For adults, use 7–10 garlic cloves; for children, 3–5 cloves. Crush them on a cutting board.
2. Place in a small bowl with rock sugar. Add about half a bowl of cool boiled water and place in a steamer.
3. Steam for 15 minutes after steam rises. Remove, let cool, then drink the liquid. The garlic cloves may be discarded. Drink once in the morning and once at night.
