6. Wash fingertips: Bend each finger joint, bring fingertips together in the palm of the other hand, and rotate while rubbing. Alternate hands.
7. Wash wrists and forearms. Alternate hands.
The entire seven-step handwashing process requires thorough rubbing for at least 15 seconds, preferably using running water.Additionally, in daily life, whenever you come into contact with potentially contaminated places like hospitals or buses, make sure to wash your hands for at least one minute upon returning home.
