While numerous breast enhancement exercises and specialized yoga routines exist, many find these methods unsatisfactory. Most focus solely on either increasing fullness or firmness, rarely achieving both simultaneously. Follow the illustrated steps below for a breast massage routine. Consistent practice over seven days will reveal noticeable changes in your bust.
Grasp the lower breast area
Using the nipple as the center point, massage outward in a 360-degree circular motion with a radius of 3–5 cm.
Thumb-Web Press
Spread your thumbs apart, creating an 8–10 cm gap. Place them on either side of your breasts, with nipples as the center point. Simultaneously apply pressure with both hands, pushing fingers 5–6 cm deep into breast tissue. Hold the pressure for about 8 seconds, then slowly release both hands.
Vertical Compression
Begin below the collarbone, directly opposite the armpit. Press downward from top to bottom, reaching the base of the breast (the nipple root point). Perform this 8 times total.
The pressing technique is similar to the above action. Start at the sternum along the Ren Meridian and massage outward toward the outer edge of the breast, pressing from the outside inward.
Vertical Squeeze
Align index, middle, and ring fingers. Position both hands diagonally from the nipple as the center point. Simultaneously apply pressure 5-6 cm deep into breast tissue. Hold for 5-6 seconds after sinking, then slowly release. Perform 8 repetitions per area.
Using the same pressing technique, massage sequentially from top to bottom and from inside to outside, performing 8 repetitions per area.
Apply slight upward pressure with two fingers below while pressing vertically with the pad of a single finger. The finger pad should penetrate 5–6 cm into the breast tissue. After sinking the pressure, hold for 5–6 seconds before slowly releasing with both fingers simultaneously.
