The commonly referred to Lingzhi is the dried fruiting body of the Ganoderma lucidum or Ganoderma sinense fungi, with Ganoderma lucidum being more widely used. In fact, the spore powder released from the Lingzhi fruiting body also possesses medicinal value similar to the fruiting body itself.

The method of taking it is very simple: swallow it with warm water or mix it with water. Generally, take 2-4 grams of Ganoderma lucidum ultrafine powder or (and) broken-wall spore powder daily, divided into two doses in the morning and evening.
