4. Take one rolled dough sheet. Brush oil in the center and water along the edges. Cover with another sheet, pressing edges firmly to seal. Repeat with remaining dough.
5.Heat oil in a skillet. Place the pocket bread dough in the pan. Cook over low heat until one side is golden brown, then flip. Remove when both sides are golden brown and the center is puffed. IV. Cabbage and Dried Shrimp Pancakes Ingredients: 200g flour 250g cabbage Dried shrimp (as needed) Cooking wine, ginger, garlic, scallions, chicken bouillon (as needed)
Method:
1. Wash and finely chop the cabbage. Toss with salt, let sit for 10 minutes, then squeeze out excess moisture. Rinse and drain the dried shrimp. Mince ginger and garlic; chop scallions.
2. Heat oil in a pan. Add dried shrimp and stir-fry over low heat until lightly golden. Add two teaspoons of cooking wine, stir well, then remove and set aside.
3. Combine the stir-fried shrimp, minced ginger and garlic, and chopped scallions with the drained cabbage. Add chicken bouillon powder and sesame oil to taste, then mix thoroughly.
V. Minced Meat Swirl Pancakes
Ingredients: 1 portion boiling water dough, minced meat filling, chopped scallions, pepper salt.
Method:
1. Mix minced meat, chopped scallions, and pepper salt thoroughly. Knead boiling water dough until smooth, then roll into a long log.
2. Divide the dough log into portions, roll each into a round wrapper. Spoon meat filling evenly onto each wrapper, then roll up. Shape each roll into a spiral, flatten slightly, and lightly roll out.
3. Repeat for all portions. Pan-fry in a skillet until cooked through, or bake in a 200°C (400°F) oven until done.
VI. Delicious Spring Rolls
Ingredients: Spring roll wrappers, braised pork, cucumber, scallion whites, sweet bean sauce, chili sauce.
Instructions:
1. Wash cucumber and slice into strips; wash scallions and cut into thick shreds; slice braised pork into thick pieces. Set aside.
2. Steam spring rolls for 5 minutes. Remove, flatten, spread with sweet bean sauce and chili sauce. Arrange braised pork, cucumber strips, and scallion shreds on top. Roll tightly into a cylinder. Slice diagonally.
VII. Mushroom Chicken Congee
Ingredients: ½ cup rice, 2 dried shiitake mushrooms, ½ chicken breast, corn kernels to taste, 1 small carrot, 1 teaspoon salt.
Instructions:
1. Rinse rice thoroughly. Place in a pot with sufficient water. Bring to a boil over high heat, then reduce to low heat.While simmering, wash the carrot and mushrooms. Peel and dice the carrot; remove stems from mushrooms and slice them. Add the sliced mushrooms to the porridge.
2. Once the porridge is cooked, stir in corn kernels, diced carrot, and sliced mushrooms. Add the chicken breast to the pot, break it apart with chopsticks, and continue cooking. Finally, season with salt to taste.
VIII. Triangle Rice Balls
Ingredients: Leftover rice, diced radish, diced shiitake mushrooms, fermented black beans, nori seaweed.
Method:
1. Microwave leftover rice on medium-high for 1 minute. Remove and mix in vinegar. Stir diced radish into rice.Line a cutting board with plastic wrap. Place rice on top and flatten. Add diced shiitake mushrooms and fermented black beans. Lift the four corners of the plastic wrap to form the rice into a ball. Shape the rice ball into a triangle and attach a strip of nori to one side.
IX. Quick-Cooking Oatmeal Porridge
Ingredients: Quaker Quick-Cooking Oats, 1 carton of pure milk, 1 egg,sugar.
Method:
Bring oats to a boil with a small amount of water. Add egg, sugar, and milk. Simmer for 2 minutes.
10. Egg Toast
Ingredients: 1 slice of toast, 1 egg.
Method:
1. Crack egg onto bread. Use a toothpick to pierce the yolk surface.
2. Place in oven at 700W for 1 minute until 80% cooked (slightly runny center). Add 10 seconds for full doneness.
11. Fruit Oat Milk
Ingredients: 1 cup oats, 1 cup milk, 1 cup fruit, 1 cup sugar.
Method:
1. Soak oats in milk overnight.
2. Blend oats, milk, fruit, and sugar until smooth.
3. Refrigerate until chilled.

2. Mix oats with milk, add banana and apple, sprinkle with raisins, and serve.
12. Chestnut Porridge
Ingredients: 100g glutinous rice or regular rice, 10 chestnuts, osmanthus sugar or white sugar to taste.
Method:
1. Wash chestnuts, boil in hot water until tender, peel, then grind into powder using a blender.
2. Rinse glutinous rice or regular rice thoroughly. Bring to a boil over high heat, then simmer on low for about 30 minutes. Add chestnut powder and cook together with the porridge.
