Step 1: Brighten and Moisturize the Eye Area with Primer

Never skip the lower liner, as omitting it creates an unbalanced look and gives the lower eyelid a puffy, puckered appearance.However, avoid a "full-coverage" approach along the entire lower lash line, as this creates an unnatural, artificial look. The correct technique is to leave the inner third of the lower lash line bare. Apply eyeliner only along the outer two-thirds, connecting it to the upward-flared tail of the upper eyeliner. This creates depth and dimension in the outer corner of the eye socket. Then, highlight the inner corner with a pearlescent eyeshadow powder.
Step 4: Liquid Eyeliner for Defined Lines
If your eyes still lack intensity after applying eyeliner, liquid eyeliner enhances the density along the lash line and creates more pronounced lines.When using, carefully wipe excess liquid from the brush tip on the bottle opening before applying. Ensure the brush is clean and avoid dripping liquid onto the eyelid—it dries quickly and is difficult to remove once smudged.
