2. Side-Lying Leg Presses
This exercise targets the inner thighs to improve leg contour. Lie on your right side, supporting your body with your right hand. Place your left leg in front of your right leg. Begin lifting your right leg sideways. Repeat 15 times, then switch sides. Lie on your left side and lift your right leg. Repeat several times on both sides.
3. Bicycle Exercise
The bicycle exercise strengthens the legs while also flattening the abdomen.Lie flat on your back. Support your upper body with both elbows. Bend your right knee and bring it toward your chest. This exercise targets the upper arms and core. Stand upright with feet shoulder-width apart. Raise arms to shoulder height, bending elbows so left fingers point upward and right fingers downward. Squats strengthen the glutes, thighs, and back. Stand with feet shoulder-width apart, knees slightly bent. Engage your core and glutes, then lower your body into a full squat. Hold the position for 2 seconds before rising. Repeat several times.
6. Forward Bend Exercise
Stand upright with feet shoulder-width apart. Keep arms relaxed at your sides and maintain a straight back. Bend forward from the hips, keeping your back straight. Hold the position and count from 1 to 15.Next, bend further forward until your hands can grasp your calves, keeping your legs straight. Then bend forward again, attempting to touch the ground with your hands, counting from 1 to 10.
7. Side Leg Lifts
This exercise targets the hip joint. Begin by kneeling on your right knee, with both hands supporting your weight on the floor. Extend your left leg straight out to the side. Lift your left leg, then lower it. Repeat 4 times. Switch to your right leg and perform the same movement. Alternate legs for several sets.
