2.Using momentum, swing legs over head and place behind head, hands resting on waist.
3. Raise one leg upward.
4. Gently cross legs back and forth like scissors. Increase speed with practice. Breathe using chest breathing.
5. Return legs behind head.
6. Slowly lower back to floor, bring legs together toward chest, and rest.
Plow Pose (Variation)

1. Lie flat on the ground with legs raised straight, forming a 90-degree angle with the floor.
2. Using momentum, swing legs over head and place behind head, hands supporting waist.
Note: Ankles perpendicular, knees straight. Hold for 10 seconds.
3. Move feet to left side, repeat 5 times. Breathe deeply using abdominal breathing, hold for 20 seconds.
4. Move your feet back over your head and repeat the sequence in the opposite direction.
5. Slowly lower your back to the floor, bringing your legs together at your chest to rest.
To enhance results: Use your fingertips to massage around your navel in a clockwise direction. Directly stimulating the intestines yields more noticeable effects. Combine each massage with your breath for 15-20 seconds.
