Does Only Aerobic Exercise Burn Fat?

Fat burning becomes truly effective only when your heart rate increases and oxygen intake is sufficient. Aerobic exercise is defined as any activity lasting over 30 minutes that elevates your heart rate and ensures adequate oxygen absorption. Examples include cycling, brisk walking, swimming, and rowing.
Aerobic exercise helps burn fat, boosts metabolic function, and immerses cells and muscles in the joy of abundant oxygen.
As for sweating... that's entirely dependent on individual physiology.
Some people sweat profusely even while sitting still, while others might only break a light sweat after exercising. But neither has anything to do with fat burning.
Therefore, the amount of sweat produced has no direct correlation with fat burning. That said, if your body is in good condition, 30 minutes of heart-pumping exercise should induce some perspiration.
Is golf a combination of multiple sports?
Unless you ride in a golf cart, you'll be walking;Golf demands careful planning and precision. Yet it isn't aerobic exercise. This stop-and-go activity, which tests mental agility and accuracy, offers little benefit for fat burning.
Which is more important: strength training or cardio?
That depends on your goals. If you aim to improve cardiovascular fitness, what good is lifting weights or dumbbells alone?
