Avoid pouring shampoo directly onto the hair, as excessive soapy substances can damage hair roots. If your shampoo doesn't lather well, it might be because your hair isn't wet enough. 2. After thoroughly washing your hair, proceed with the vinegar treatment. Rinse your hair with a mixture of vinegar and warm water, massaging it gently. Leave it on for about 10–20 minutes, then rinse thoroughly with clean water. The recommended dilution ratio for vinegar and warm water is approximately 1:10.Note: Regular white vinegar works fine, but apple cider vinegar is even more effective. Since hair is protein-based, substances that are too acidic or alkaline can damage it by denaturing the proteins inside. This principle is partially utilized in straightening and perming treatments.
