1. Fungal Vaginitis. Vaginal discharge appears slightly yellow, often thick and curd-like, resembling bean curd residue or clumpy white flakes.
3. Cervicitis or Endometritis. Yellowish discharge with an odor, often purulent and profuse, sometimes bloody or foul-smelling.
5. Gonorrhea. Infected women experience increased vaginal discharge that is purulent, foul-smelling, and highly contagious.
