Press your thumbs slightly harder on each point on your legs for 1 minute each.
1. Press the ring jump point with the thumb for 1 minute.
2. Press the Feng Shi point with the thumb for 1 minute.
3. Press the Blood Sea point with the thumb for 1 minute.
Method 2 Leg Rub
Use the power of your palm to knead each point on your legs, and massage the same for 1 minute each.
1. Knead the Blood Sea point with the palm of your hand for 1 minute.
2, Palm pressure on the Feng Shi point for 1 minute.
3. Palm pressure on Huanjiao point for 1 minute.
Method 3 Leg Slapping Method
You can also try the tapping method, again tapping at each point for 1 minute.
1, Meridian tapping board or hollow fist from top to bottom tapping on the bile meridian on the outside of the thigh.
2, Meridian tapping board or hollow fist from top to bottom tapping the liver meridian on the outside of the thigh.
