Recently, Taiwanese singer Yan Yilun has been actively promoting his new album through numerous TV appearances. Having long faced persistent plastic surgery rumors, he was frequently questioned about cosmetic procedures by hosts. During a live broadcast, Yan initially made a pig nose gesture to deny surgery, but later revealed he had briefly followed trends for a nose job before dissolving it with hyaluronidase.
Rumors of Yan's plastic surgery first surfaced during his time with Fahrenheit, even fueling speculation of discord with bandmate Wang Dongcheng. Last year, Yan publicly clashed with netizens over the topic, calling those who persistently accused him of surgery "disgusting."
Earlier, while promoting his new drama across mainland China, he was praised by netizens for looking "so good it seems like he had work done."In response, Yan Yilun laughed it off, insisting he truly hadn't undergone any procedures. He attributed his appearance to oily skin and even offered to let viewers touch his face to verify its authenticity. He then demonstrated a "pig nose push" on the show to prove his features were entirely natural. Host Nado pressed further, asking, "So this isn't altered? You're so handsome I think something must have been adjusted?" A reporter followed up, "But you didn't push it very high?"
Though he insisted he hadn't undergone plastic surgery, Yan Yilun later admitted he had previously "touched up" his nose bridge. However, it wasn't through implants but hyaluronic acid injections. "I was briefly obsessed with it because I saw so many people doing it. I had something like hyaluronic acid injected into my nose bridge, but later had it dissolved with an enzyme."
