Say goodbye to dark circles and puffy eyes!
Tired of leaving the house with panda eyes or puffy eyes, making you look less than your best?Actually, a few key acupoints can help you out! Eye puffiness stems from yang deficiency and qi deficiency, while dark circles result from blood deficiency and blood stasis. Pressing these points around the eyes boosts local blood circulation. With improved circulation, dark circles and puffy eyes naturally fade away!
Qingming Point (Location: Just above the inner corner of the eye. You'll feel a small depression.)
Zanzhu Point (Location: At the inner end of the eyebrow.)
Yuyao Point (Location: Directly in the center of the eyebrow.)
Sizhukong Point (Location: Slightly beyond the outer end of the eyebrow (towards the outer eye socket). You'll feel a small depression.)
Taiyang Point (Location: Extend a vertical line from the outer corner of the eyebrow to the outer corner of the eye. The point one finger-width outward along this line is Taiyang.)
Sibai Point (Location: Directly below the center of the lower eyelid margin, one finger-width downward.)
Massage Method: After applying face cream, gently press these points with your fingers 7-8 times each.If you frequently use computers or experience eye fatigue/soreness, press these points 2-3 times daily. For mild fatigue, once daily suffices. As the skin around the eyes is delicate, avoid using scraping tools or excessive force. Apply pressure until you feel a sensation without pain.
Forehead Acupoints
Achieve a radiant "beauty forehead" too!
A smooth, luminous forehead can add a radiant glow to your face! To prevent acne and dry lines from taking over your forehead, gently press these points daily to relax the area. This improves local blood circulation, promotes energy flow and metabolism, and gradually enhances your forehead's radiance—helping you achieve a captivating "beauty forehead"!
Yangbai Point (Location: Above the middle point of the eyebrow, just above the Yuyao point. Place your thumb horizontally on the eyebrow; the point directly above your finger is Yangbai.)
Yintang Point (Location: Between the two eyebrows, above the bridge of the nose.)
Massage Method: Knowing these two points is all you need for your forehead! After applying face cream or massage cream, press your fingers together and massage broadly from the center of the forehead outward toward both sides.
Abdominal Acupoints
Boost Your Vitality!
If you often feel weak, dizzy, unmotivated to speak, or experience heavy legs, it might be due to qi deficiency. When qi is low, dark circles and puffiness can appear. How can you become a vibrant, beautiful woman? These specialized qi-boosting acupoints will definitely give you a big boost!
Tianshu Point (Location: From the nipple to the midline of the abdomen is four cun. Divide this distance in half. The point two cun to the side of the navel is Tianshu.)
Qihai Point (Location: From the navel, feel downward until you locate the bone. Measure 5 cun (approximately 2.5 inches) from this point to the navel. Divide this distance into five equal parts. The Qihai point is located 1.5 parts down from the navel.)
Guanyuan Point (Location: Located 3 cun (approximately 1.5 inches) below the navel.)
Massage Method: Apply moxibustion to each point using an moxa stick for 10–15 minutes.
Arm Acupoints
Clear Away Acne!
Recurring breakouts on the face may stem from a constitution prone to heat, or excessive yang energy.Pressing heat-clearing acupoints like Hegu (LI4) and Quchi (LI11) to clear heat and resolve exterior patterns, or Zhigou (ST39) to promote bowel movements and regulate the triple energizer, can banish these pesky pimples.
Hegu (LI4) (Location: Follow the bones of the thumb and index finger downward. Between the two bones, a small bump forms when you make a fist—this is Hegu.)
Quchi (Location: Place your arm at a 90-degree angle on a table. Notice the horizontal crease at the elbow. The Quchi point is located halfway between the end of this crease and the bony protrusion on the outer side of the elbow (the lateral epicondyle of the humerus).)
Zhigou Point (Location: Place your hand on the table with palm down and back up. A transverse crease runs along the inner wrist, and another along the inner elbow joint. On the outer arm, measure 12 cun (approximately 30 cm) between these two creases. The point lies at the midpoint between the two bones, 3 cun (approximately 9 cm) above the wrist crease.)
Massage Method: Apply pressure using the corner of a gua sha tool or finger knuckles, performing 15–20 presses per session. Avoid pressing to the point of pain or soreness; the optimal intensity is where sensation is felt without discomfort.
