When asked whether this strategy might lead to management chaos or gaps in quality control, Mr. Liu stated: "We encountered some challenges initially, but these have largely been overcome. Previously, workers didn't understand the benefits of this approach, so I led management in educating them. Now, workers voluntarily adhere to standards without supervision.Quality control is even less of a concern. Xinzheng Medical Devices maintains its own quality inspection team. Every finished product batch undergoes inspection before market release, and each batch is directly traceable to the production supervisor. Quality issues are highly unlikely.
