Ingredients: 150g japonica rice, 20g black sesame powder, 25g dried red dates, 30g white sugar.

1. Diagonally slice Chinese cabbage. Soak shiitake mushrooms until soft, rinse, and shred. Slice fish into thin pieces. Cut frozen tofu into small cubes. Pour chicken broth into hot pot and add all sliced angelica root.
2. Bring to a boil over high heat, then simmer for 20 minutes to extract the medicinal properties of angelica.
3. Season with salt and MSG to taste. Add fish slices, tofu, cabbage, and mushrooms to the pot. Bring to a boil and serve.

Method:
1. Soak lily bulbs in water for 30 minutes;
2. Deep-fry carp, then simmer in boiling water with salt until tender. Strain broth;
3. Place fish, lily bulbs, and fish broth into a clay pot. Add salt and cooking oil to taste. Bring to a boil over high heat, skim off foam, then simmer over low heat until cooked through;
