Location: Center of the abdomen, around the navel.
Technique: Rubbing Method — Place the palm or the pads of the index, middle, and ring fingers on a specific area or acupoint. Move the wrist and forearm in a circular motion clockwise or counterclockwise to create friction. Using the palm is called palm rubbing; using the fingers is called finger rubbing.
