4. Procedure: Hold the eyebrow tattoo machine in the right hand, dip it into a small amount of specially formulated black pigment. Keep the wrist flush against the eyelid at a 45-degree angle. Insert pigment particles evenly, one stitch at a time, from the brow head toward the tail.
