Eyebrow shape consists of three parts: the inner corner, the arch, and the outer tail. The relationship between eyebrows and eyes is very close; for example, the inner corner of the eyebrow aligns vertically with the inner corner of the eye and the outer edge of the nostril. The distance between the two eyebrow inner corners should be equal to the distance between the two inner canthi and the width of one palpebral fissure.
Avoid washing your face for three days after eyebrow tattooing to keep the area dry. Apply topical anti-inflammatory medication to the treated area to prevent infection. This ensures faster, safer recovery and minimizes the risk of complications.
It is crucial to follow post-procedure care instructions. Avoid seafood, alcohol, and makeup after eyebrow tattooing. Apply cold compresses to swollen areas to reduce inflammation. Place ice cubes in an ice pack, wrap it in a sterilized towel, and apply for 20-30 minutes. Never place ice packs or ice directly on the wound to prevent infection from ice water seeping into the injury.
Inappropriate pressure during tattooing or improper color intensity can compromise results. Tattooing should follow the natural growth direction of the eyebrows, carefully controlling depth, density, and technique. The inner and outer corners should feature slightly lighter color and sparser density, while the middle section should be darker and denser—this achieves balanced contrast. If the inner corners are tattooed too dark and dense, the entire eyebrow will appear stiff and unnatural.
Simultaneously, ensure natural transitions between shades. If color boundaries appear too sharp, the brows will look unnatural. Avoid excessive depth or density during tattooing. If the needle penetrates too deeply, surpassing the dermis layer, pigment particles may be engulfed by melanocytes, causing the color to turn blue.
