This results in stiff, unnatural eyebrows. When the removed hairs eventually regrow, it creates the appearance of four eyebrows.
Another scenario arises when the client's seating position, lighting conditions, or the eyebrow arch's inherent asymmetry leads to uneven design—one side higher or lower, longer or shorter, wider or narrower, straight or curved. Naturally, the tattooed brows cannot achieve symmetry under such circumstances.
II. Incorrect Eyebrow Tattoo Pigment Selection
Eyebrow tattoo pigments come in shades of light and dark brown, gray, black, and coffee brown, requiring selection based on hair and skin tones. Asian hair often blends multiple hues, containing hints of dark gray and deep coffee brown.Therefore, the eyebrow tattoo ink color should be customized for each individual. For those with darker hair, darker skin, or darker complexions, use natural gray mixed with one or two drops of black. For those with lighter hair and fairer skin, use natural gray mixed with one or two drops of coffee brown. However, some beauticians only use a single dark gray or black for eyebrow tattooing. This results in unnatural-looking eyebrows that appear stiff and unrealistic.
Eyebrow tattooing should follow the natural growth direction of the brows, carefully controlling depth, density, and technique. The color at the brow head and tail should be slightly lighter and less dense, while the mid-brow area should be darker and denser—this achieves the ideal balance of light and dark. If the brow head is tattooed too dark and dense, the entire eyebrow will appear stiff and unnatural.Simultaneously, ensure natural transitions between shades. If color boundaries appear too sharp, the brows will look unnatural. Avoid overly deep or dense techniques during tattooing.
