Not everyone is "naturally beautiful"; no one is flawless. Most people have imperfections to some degree. Some may feel their lips lack perfection, while others seek to enhance their lips through lip line tattooing. So, what is the lip line tattooing method? What are the risks involved?
Lip Line Tattooing Methods
1.Local Anesthesia: After lip line fixation, mucosal surface anesthesia or block anesthesia may be used. Before full lip tattooing, apply a mixture of epinephrine and 2% bupivacaine to the lips for 20–30 minutes. Once full lip tattooing begins, epinephrine should be discontinued to prevent darkening of the lip color.
2. After shaping the lip line, proceed with full lip tattooing using either local or surface anesthesia.Continuously wipe and observe coloration during the process until the shade is uniform and both the practitioner and client are satisfied. Finally, add one drop of the darker lip line pigment to the full lip solution and apply it over the lip line area 1–2 more times to deepen its color.
3. Rinse mouth with 5% metronidazole solution for 3 minutes. Disinfect lips with povidone-iodine solution.
4. Design and outline lip contour.
5. Apply antiviral ointment post-procedure to prevent infection.
