5-Minute Post-Shower Massage for Slimmer Arms, Perky Chest, and Lifted Buttocks

Sit on a chair with a backrest, placing both hands on either side of your body and gripping the chair's sides.
Action 1: Extend both elbows straight and slowly lift your hips off the chair.

2. Chest

Action 1: Place both hands under your armpits and massage in circular motions along the outer edge of the breasts.
Action 2: Lift both hands from beneath the breasts upward toward the sides, reaching up to the collarbone.
Action 3: Position hands above the areola and massage upward in a spiral motion.
3. Waist and Abdomen
Purpose: Reduce excess fat around the waist and abdomen for a flatter silhouette.
(1) Hand Massage: Sit with left hand on hip (thumb forward, fingers behind). Use right hand to knead from stomach area diagonally downward to left lower abdomen, then across lower abdomen to right side, returning to stomach. Repeat 36 times.
Then switch sides: Place right hand on hip, massage left side 36 times using the same technique but in the opposite direction. Maintain a relaxed grip with moderate pressure. Avoid massage when overly full, extremely hungry, fatigued, or emotionally unstable.Then, with your right hand on your waist, use your left hand to massage 36 times in the same manner but in the opposite direction. (2) Breath Massage: Employ diaphragmatic breathing to massage the abdomen with breath. As you inhale, the lower abdomen gradually expands (the diaphragm must rise accordingly); as you exhale, the lower abdomen slowly contracts. This can be practiced anytime, anywhere—while walking, standing, sitting, or lying down.
4. Buttocks
Purpose: Prevent sagging and lift the buttocks.
Action 1: Stand barefoot in a relaxed posture.
Action 2: Place hands behind the waist with fingers together. Firmly push downward toward the groin, then upward toward the waist. Repeat 36 times.
Action 3: Place palms on the upper buttocks. Draw 36 clockwise circles on each buttock separately.
Action 4: Clench both fists and tap the buttocks with the knuckles. Ensure even force and rhythmic tapping for over 2 minutes.
Action 5: Keep fingers slightly bent with palms together. Tap the buttocks with the knuckles. Ensure even force and rhythmic tapping for over 2 minutes.
Action 6: Place palms on the upper buttocks. Draw 36 clockwise circles on each buttock separately.
Step 4: Make fists and tap the buttocks with the knuckles. Apply even pressure and maintain a rhythmic pace for over 2 minutes.
Step 5: Keep fingers naturally together with knuckles slightly bent. Rhythmically slap the buttocks firmly until they feel relaxed.
5. Legs
Purpose: Eliminate bowlegs and firm thigh contours.
(1) Calf Pinching Technique: Use both hands to pinch from the heel upward to the tailbone area, performing 10 upward pinches.
(2) Calf Rolling Technique: Use fists to continuously roll upward along the calves, performing 19 rolls.
(3) Calf Pinching Technique: Grasp the ankles with both hands and perform a tight-clothing-loose-clothing pinching motion upward to the knees, repeating 4 times.
(4) Calf Pinching Technique: Grasp the ankles with both hands and perform a tight-clothing-loose-clothing pinching motion upward to the knees, repeating 4 times.
(3) Double-Handed Calf Pinching Technique: Grasp the ankles with both hands and perform a pinching motion, tightening and releasing, moving upward to the knees. Repeat 4 times.
(4) Thigh Pinching Technique: Using fingers from both hands or one hand, pinch upward from the outer knee to the thigh root, repeating 10 times. Then pinch downward from the inner thigh root to the inner knee, repeating 10 times.
(5) Thigh Pinching Technique: Form both hands into pinching motions. Pinch from the thigh down to the knee, then from the knee back up to the thigh root. Repeat 10 times.
(6) Thigh Rolling Technique: Roll from the outer thigh root down to the knee, then roll from the inner knee back up to the thigh root. Repeat 10 times.
