1. Different incision choices yield superior results with scarless augmentation
Traditional implant augmentation requires a small incision in the armpit, inframammary fold, or areola. A pre-selected breast implant is inserted, positioned, and adjusted before the incision is sutured. Sutures are removed after wound healing.
Scarless augmentation, however, utilizes a small incision along the lower edge of the areola. This incision is more concealed and allows for direct visualization during implant placement. Since the areola's color perfectly matches the incision, the results are virtually invisible post-surgery. The shorter incision length minimizes tissue damage, enables direct visualization, reduces surgical risks, and ensures a pain-free, comfortable, and safe procedure.
