3. Change dressings every 1-2 days and attend follow-up appointments at the hospital.
4. Strictly avoid tobacco, alcohol, and irritating foods for one month. Refrain from any supplements or medications that may accelerate blood circulation, reduce clotting mechanisms, or impair wound healing—such as ginseng, aspirin, blood-activating drugs, weight-loss medications, or menstrual regulation drugs.
5. Early post-operative appearance may seem unnatural due to swelling and skin laxity. Generally, a natural look will gradually return within 1-3 months after surgery.
