(2) The practitioner should find a stable elbow support to prevent hand tremors.
(3) Dip the electric eyebrow tattoo machine into a small amount of tattoo ink. Work from the inner corner to the outer corner or vice versa (depending on the technician's preference), simultaneously wiping the skin surface with a disinfected cotton ball to monitor color distribution.The color distribution along one eyebrow should exhibit variation and emphasis to achieve a natural, lively effect. The recommended color allocation ratio is: 20% at the brow head, 80% at the brow peak, and 100% at the brow tail. The optimal tattooing depth is between the epidermis and dermis. This layer ensures color stability while minimizing the risk of pigment discoloration.
(4) After tattooing, apply a small amount of eye ointment locally. First wipe along the direction of the eyebrows, then against it. This thorough cleansing prevents infection and facilitates assessment of tattoo evenness. Continue tattooing uneven areas until satisfactory results are achieved.
(5) Three guiding principles for eyebrow tattooing: Prioritize lightness over darkness, brevity over length, and delicacy over thickness.
(6) Throughout the procedure, both practitioner and client should continuously monitor color placement and brow shape. Adjustments can be made immediately to correct any unsatisfactory areas until the desired result is achieved. Each eyebrow typically takes 15–20 minutes to complete.Immediately after tattooing, the eyebrow color may appear slightly darker. Typically, within about a week, after a thin layer of scab peels off, the true color will settle, appearing realistic and natural. If the color seems too light after scab removal, a second touch-up session can be performed to perfect the shape.
