Mushroom Recipes for Pregnancy
Red & Green Pepper with Crab Mushrooms
Ingredients: 1 red bell pepper, 1 green bell pepper, 30g corn kernels,100g pork tenderloin, 60g crab mushrooms, 2 garlic cloves, salt to taste, 2 tsp cornstarch slurry, 1 tbsp cooking oil, 1 tsp cooking wine
Instructions
Wash red and green peppers, remove seeds and stems, slice;Slice pork tenderloin, marinate briefly with cornstarch slurry, salt, and cooking wine. Rinse crab mushrooms, slice garlic and set aside.
Heat cooking oil in wok until 70% hot. Sauté garlic slices until fragrant. Add pork slices and stir-fry until color changes. Add red/green peppers, corn kernels, and crab mushrooms. Stir-fry until combined. Season with salt and cornstarch slurry.
Baked Enoki Mushroom Rolls
Ingredients: 200g enoki mushrooms, 4 slices bacon, 1 tbsp oil, black pepper to taste, cumin powder to taste
Instructions
Rinse enoki mushrooms and trim roots.
Wrap each mushroom in a bacon slice. Drizzle evenly with oil, then season with black pepper and cumin powder to taste.
Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F) for 5 minutes. Thread the wrapped rolls onto skewers and place in the oven. Rotate and bake at 180°C (350°F) for 10 minutes.
